At EmbroidX, we are committed to providing high-quality embroidery digitization services. Since our products are digital files, special refund and cancellation policies apply.

1. Refund Policy

📌 1.1. All Sales Are Final

🚨 Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a file has been delivered, no refunds will be issued, except in the specific cases listed below.

📌 1.2. Cases Where a Refund May Be Granted

File is incorrect or defective – If the embroidery file is corrupted or has technical errors, we will offer a free correction. If we are unable to fix the issue, a full refund will be issued.
Order cancellation before digitization begins – If the customer cancels the order before we start processing it, a full refund will be provided.

📌 1.3. Cases Where a Refund Will NOT Be Granted

Change of mind after purchase – We do not offer refunds if a customer decides not to use the purchased file.
File incompatibility with embroidery machines – Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected file format is compatible with their software and embroidery machine before purchase.
Low-quality embroidery results – The final embroidery outcome depends on machine settings, fabric type, and thread quality, which are outside of our control.
Customer submitted the wrong design – If the customer uploads the wrong file for digitization, no refund will be provided.

2. Cancellation Policy

📌 2.1. How to Cancel an Order?

Customers who wish to cancel an order must contact us immediately at [email protected].

  • If we have not started processing the order yet, the cancellation will be accepted, and the full amount will be refunded.
  • If the digitization process has already begun, the order cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

3. Modifications & Revisions

If a customer needs minor adjustments to the delivered file, we offer one free revision within 24 hours of delivery.

Small adjustments and fixes → Free within 24 hours.
Significant modifications requiring rework → Additional charges may apply.

4. How to Request a Refund?

📌 Screenshot or Proof of Issue (if applicable)

📌 Response Time: We will review refund requests within 3 business days.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

🚨 Unjustified chargebacks (PayPal, Stripe, or bank disputes) will result in the customer being banned from future services.

If a customer has an issue with their order, they must contact us first before opening a dispute.
